Do you offer one-off link purchases?+
No. Engagements run for a minimum of three months because compounding authority requires consistent monthly placement velocity. A single link doesn't move rankings; a sustained campaign does.
What payment terms do you accept?+
Monthly billing via Stripe, wire, or ACH. Net-30 available on Scale and Enterprise. Net-45 and PO-driven invoicing available on Enterprise only.
Is there a cancellation policy?+
After the initial 3-month minimum, engagements are month-to-month with 30 days notice. No cancellation penalty.
Are placements guaranteed?+
Yes — every monthly placement target is contractually committed. If we miss a target in a given month, the shortfall is credited to the next month at no cost.
Do you offer custom packages?+
Yes. Enterprise and white-label engagements are always custom-scoped. The three published tiers cover most direct brand engagements.
What happens if a link drops?+
Any link that drops within 90 days of placement is replaced at no cost.
Do you take referral commissions or affiliate kickbacks from publishers?+
No. We operate purely on the retainer paid by you. No publisher pays us for placement, ensuring we recommend based on quality, not commission.
Can pricing scale up or down month to month?+
Tier changes happen at the start of each new billing cycle with 14 days notice. We don't lock you into a tier you've outgrown — or one you're not ready for.
